Given that we have a recently updated vim nginx syntax plugin ( http://www.vim.org/scripts/script.php?script_id=1886 ), nginx should support a vim-syntax USE flag that would enable it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
vi /etc/nginx/nginx.com

Actual Results:  
boring black and white text

Expected Results:  
coloured!
