Bug 287135 – Please stabilise app-admin/eselect-1.2.3

eselect-1.2* is in the tree since one month (with versions 1.2.1 to 1.2.3 containing only tiny changes), so I think that it's safe to stabilise it. Besides, version 1.2.3 will be on the release DVD.

I've been using it for a while with no problems, thus i mark it stable on amd64.

@hppa: Could you please give this some priority?

There's some confusion of users with eselect-1.1*, especially the news module (see for example bug 286730, bug 288023, and the forums posting at <http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-794579.html>). Therefore it would be good if we could make eselect-1.2.3 a dependency of stable portage as soon as possible.
