There is no checking in nvidia-drivers/nvidia-drivers-*.*.ebuild, that SYSVIPC (System V IPC) is switched on in kernel. XServer is not working without this option. It seems, that proprietary drivers from NVidia are needed System V IPC. You should add check of this option to ebuild. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.
