emerge -1 =net-libs/libopkele-2.0.3

ends up failing with

configure: error: no required htmltidy library found. get one from http://tidy.sourceforge.net/

After installation of app-text/htmltidy-4.8.6 or app-text/htmltidy-5.10.26-r2 (the two currently unmasked in portage), libopkele installs successfully.
