sys-libs/db-4.8.24 was released.

Support for C# was added. Maybe a new USE flag should be added.

Fixed. (Commit approved by Caleb Tennis)

I haven't seen a `configure` option for C#, so I haven't added a new USE flag. It should be investigated and added in the future.

Unfortunately sys-libs/db-4.8.24 seems to fail to build with USE="java", but another bug should be opened for this problem.
