Stable for HPPA. Readding ppc64 because of the quirky nature of the KEYWORDS variable in the ebuild which must have caused the wrong variable assignment to have changed through the use of an automation tool such as ekeyword. I also removed the ppc64 KEYWORD from the wrong assignment.
