Dbus config file for =net-wireless/bluez-4* is missing proper policy entries for plugdev group. Please find patches attached. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:

Although this change is already present in all bluez-4.* ebuilds, the elog messages for -consolekit say "Since you have the consolekit use flag disabled, you will only be able to run bluetooth clients as root (...)". Shouldn't this be also changed to state plugdev membership works too? I'll attach a patch proposal to add "or to add the user to the plugdev group." at the end of the -consolekit message.
