xbmc-9.04 has many amd64 specific problems. Many plugins (myTV, VideoMonkey, SVN Repo Installer, ...) crash and don't start (but without crashing xbmc). This is addressed in version 9.04.1 (see http://xbmc.org/team-xbmc/2009/05/27/xbmc-9041-released/) if you press <i>- or <o>-Button, xbmc crashes, so you have to restart it Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Created attachment 203076 [details, diff] patch for xbmc-9.04 and xbmc-9.04.1 with this patch, its possible to press <i>- and <o>-Button in xbmc and it shows the overlay on amd64 plattform, without crashing
ive added 9.04.1 to the tree, but i'm not adding hacks. as the upstream report says, this is clearly not a fix.
