It is common to apply application-specific hacks and workarounds into wine code. Thus, its' ebuild may simplify that process in a manner similar to kernel-2.eclass' unipatch feature, i.e. by automatically applying patches specified in a variable in make.conf.

the ebuilds now call epatch_user
