gtali closes after I close config window, no matter if I changed anything or not.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run gtali
2.Open menu edit->config
3.Close config window
4.Experience crush :)
Actual Results:  
gtali closed

Expected Results:  
keep working + save new configuration if changed

Fixed into the main tree with a revision bump.
Patch is commented out
