According to bug #264780, the new linguas_* stuff replaces the cjk use flag, but its still in the ebuild.  Just doesn't seem to do anything anymore:

# grep cjk ghostscript-gpl-8.70.ebuild       
IUSE="bindist cairo cjk cups djvu gtk jpeg2k X"
