Sci-biology/emboss-6.0.1 /usr/bin/remap is in conflict with the same file from sci-astronomy/wcstools-3.7.7.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install sci-astronomy/wcstools-3.7.7
2.Try to install sci-biology/emboss-6.0.1
3.

Actual Results:  
Emerge fails due to file collision.

Expected Results:  
Both packages can be installed on the same machine.

According to changelogs, sci-biology/emboss has seniority over sci-astronomy/wcstools... so I'll assign this to wcstools maintainers, who can rename "/usr/bin/remap" with the same scheme they used last time to resolve collisions.
