Hi,

Could someone bump openldap to version 2.4.17 (latest release).
This version seems to fix the TLS issue as described in #266643.

Please note, 2.4.17 is described as the lastest release, but NOT as the latest STABLE release. As openldap is still mask, this shouldn't be a problem.
