New day, new version. I did some minor changes to the ebuild, namely:
 - remove test use-flag
 - add hsieh use flag (adds hsieh hash functionality, disabled by default - mailing list said something about license issues: http://lists.tangent.org/pipermail/libmemcached/2009-April/000724.html)
 - add debug use flag
 - Minor cleanups
