Thanks for reporting your successful test results! I'll go with normal policy (bug assigned to package maintainer, arch team cc-ed) but if sparc has a prior understanding about being the primary assignee for keywording they can go ahead and reassign to themselves...
I've stabilized net-ftp/filezilla-3.2.4.1-r1 instead, since it was already marked stable on other architectures. Thanks for the report.
