My copy of libsdl has no joystick support.
After rebuilding libsdl with USE="joystick" as a workaround,
scummvm-0.13.1 builds successfully.
But I've got no joystick...

added the use based dep.

basically though, if you override the recommended use flags for libsdl you're going to have a hard road.
