I've made an ebuild for 0.7.2. It works for me though it could be that some
dependencies are missing.

You could compare your ebuild to that for 0.7.0 on www.breakmygentoo.net:

okay, i checked up the dependencies and attached a corrected version

app-editors/conglomerate-0.7.4 has just been added ~x86, sorry it took so
long. 

See the ebuild for pointers how to improve your ebuilding : i had a local
ebuild from scratch, the one here could use some polishing.
