Vidalia-0.1.14 is the current version. It just needs a little patch to adjust the homepage & download location (as already reported in bug #273798 for the 0.1.12 version)

Vidalia-0.1.15 is now the current stable version. the current beta is 0.2.2 source in the ebuild only seems to list the two versions. which means all ebuilds current or proposed seem to be broken. My (independently) hacked ebuild which I'm using to build 0.2.2 looks identical to the one the OP posted save for version bumps. I'm going to see if I can hunt someone down to commit this.
That's right, vidalia-0.2.2 builds with unmodified (apart from version change) 0.1.14 ebuild. However, I made a little change to the DEPEND/RDEPEND lines because the packages shouldn't depend on qt-4* meta package any more. Here's both the diff and the complete ebuild for vidalia-0.2.2.

Tarball for vidalia-0.2.2 not more aviable at http://www.torproject.org. Bumb to version 0.2.4 with no change from 0.2.2 ebuild Ebuild work on amd64 like a charm. ;-)
