dev-python/configobj-4.6.0: v4.6.0 of configobj was released on 20090413.   I verified it with a local portage overlay.  No ebuild changes necessary, just the version bump.  I've provided patches to the module's author in the past (configobj/validate) and would be happy to help maintain this package for gentoo.  Please let me know if I can help.  Thanks.

v4.6.0 includes v1.0.0 of validate.py, which includes a lot of significant improvements.
