Quite zero-day, but useful since the in-tree version of CouchDB doesn't actually work with the in-tree version of couchdb-python...

Proposed ebuild for 0.6

Changes from 0.5:

- Add test use flag
- Use RDEPEND instead of DEPEND and try to do correct depends for 2.6/json
- Needs EAPI=1 for the former

Oh, and CouchDB isn't actually a dependency here; it might as well be on a remote host.

but it doesn't work :)

So I disabled the test stuff for now and just bumped it
