Thank you for report. I've pushed bug upstream. Currently you just need to enable SLUB allocator ( General setup ---> (X) SLUB (Unqueued Allocator) )
This is fixed by a patch in http://bugzilla.openvz.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1232 works here for: sys-kernel/openvz-sources-2.6.27.2.1-r1 and sys-kernel/openvz-sources-2.6.27.2.1-r2

Thank you Tom! Nice push ;) I've added patch to openvz-sources-2.6.27.2.1-r2.ebuild without revision bump, since I think few people want it. If you really need to build with SLAB reemerge kernel and try it out. Probably I'll do revision bump to add new patches in a month or push upstream to release new kernel.
