adds the 'krb5' useflag

Patched the ebuild to add the 'krb5' useflag.  This enabled active directory and single sign on support to the plugin.

A patch that fix an error throw an api change between pidgin-2.5 and pidgin-2.6.

A few things:
1. Package is at 1.7.0 upstream now.
2. Just renaming current ebuild in portage to 1.7 seems to work. No patch needed. (pidgin-2.6.3 here)
3. New version allows you to manually specify server, which is needed for people whose admin decided to point the default SRV DNS record to an invalid server... (People where I work did this. They tell people to set the server manually even on Windows.)

x11-plugins/pidgin-sipe-1.7.0 was keyworded for x86 and committed to the tree.
