I'm getting this error when trying to emerge ati-drivers-9.6: A file listed in the Manifest could not be found: /usr/portage/x11-drivers/ati-drivers/files/kernel/2.6.30-enable_msi.patch After a closer look i realised that the kernel folder is missing altogether as well as the patches that should go there.
