Latest version in portage is 2.9. Since this version there have been 6 upstream releases[0] - 2.10 (2008-07-17), 2.11 (2008-11-15), 2.11.1 (2008-12-23), 3.0 (2009-05-10), 3.0.1 (2009-05-19) and 3.1 (2009-06-13).

Can the version in portage be bumped up, please? (Esp. to one >= v3.0 since that version introduced some new language support for C++ and "generic configuration files").

Appologies, latest version in portage is 2.11.1, not 2.9.

Would still like an ebuild included for >=3.0.
