Simple solution: Uninstall digikam, upgrade KDE, reinstall digikam since that's the source of the problem.
The problem seems to be that digikam is looking for a marble version with the useflag "kde" aktivated if the useflag "geolocation" has been activated for digikam. Since the "kde" useflag has been droped from marble-4.2.4, digikam wants marble-4.2.3 which still has this flag. Perhaps we should simply change the digikam ebuild: geolocation? ( >=kde-base/marble-${KDE_MINIMAL}[kde] ) ---> geolocation? ( >=kde-base/marble-${KDE_MINIMAL} )
