warzone2100-2.2 is out, now it support full mosion videos from orginal game, those can be downloaded from http://download.gna.org/warzone/videos/ , fmv package name sequences-2.2.wz (its a zip file with packes ogg's), sequences should be moved while install to /usr/share/games/warzone2100/sequences.wz (name of file needs to be sequences.wz without version!). This will let playes watch movies while single player campagin. This version of warzone adds rewriten multiplayer network code, that is more stable than from older versions. I tested betas of 2.2 and rc1 of 2.2 i can say those are much stable than version 2.1.3 that is in portage. I think fmv should be optional (as a flag) becase its dont needed in multiplayer mode and it forces user to download 4 times more data (~50+~160) that with just source install (~50MB). Ok, i tested it. Game compiles, installs and works, but this music pack is in outdated style so it will not work as it should, and for now its better to remove this flag (or better comment it). Maybe short elog about video flag, dont thnink all users (nooby ones) will think that game will not add videos for single player by default.
