Stable on alpha.

I'm using this as my only ~amd64 package on stable Gentoo machines. amd64 stable.

This requires a downgrade from epydoc-3.0.1 to epydoc-2.1-r2.  Now, epydoc-3.0.1 has been stable for about 2.5 months, and it is not slotted to allow to install with -2.1.-r2.  I do not choose to force a downgrade at this time in order to install a package (buildbot-0.7.10_p1) with documentation.

Thus, sparc NOT stable until buildbot can use current stable packages or until the USE=doc is masked.

That said, except for the epydoc version conflict, SPARC could go stable.  This package has an extensive test suite and all tests it can run pass.

Sparc stable despite Comment #3 --- apparently NO version of buildbot can use current epydoc.  I urge that the package owners correct this or remove the USE=doc option.
