I spoke with seemant on irc and has agreed to create the initial ebuild for
duali.
It needs two pacakges:

Preferably grab directly from cvs
(CVSROOT=:pserver:anoncvs@cvs.arabeyes.org/home/arabeyes/cvs .. pass: anoncvs)

1. duali-data (0.1b)
   cvs co duali/data
[this one is the dictionary data files, depends on pyduali to generate
 dictionary database]

2. pyduali (0.1.1)
   cvs co duali/pyduali
[this is the actual program... depends on python2.2 (or higher)]

Steps to Reproduce:
Not a problem.. a request ;)

this is pretty low on my list of priorities at the moment. but if you like, you
might want to read some of the developer documents on
www.gentoo.org/en/docs.xml, especially
http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gentoo-howto.xml which teach you how to write
ebuilds.

we much rather prefer stable releases than cvs checkouts as well.
