Today I tried to update my KDE-4.2.2 installation to 4.2.3 and I was immediately stopped by an ebuild failure with kde-env-4.2.3. Sync again and retry.

This happens with FEATURES=test; the ebuild needs src_test() { : } added just like the empty unpack/prepare/configure/compile/preinst functions.
In the tree (without revbump). Thanks for report and finding out what the issue was.
