Once logged using the basic live cd (Gentoo 1.4 Basic, 2003-08-06), restart
command won't restart the system.

These are the error messages shown:

/sbin/rc: line 151: /bin/sync:     No such file or directory.
/sbin/rc: line 151: /bin/sync:     No such file or directory.
/sbin/rc: line 1:   /proc/cmdline: No such file or directory.
/sbin/rc: line 153: /sbin/sulogin: No such file or directory.
/sbin/rc: line 6:   /sbin/reboot:  No such file or directory.

Boot kernel and parameters:

gentoo nodhcp noraid cdcache noX dokeymap

Please reopen if issue exists on newer livecds.
