This patch adds new 0.15_beta1 mpd version (with cue parsing support added: see #268879). It also adds "cue" local useflag which means "Add CUE sheet parsing support."

The patch used in the ebuild is the same as for mpd-0.15_alpha1.ebuild but renamed accordingly. I think we should force the ebuilds to use the same file not version specific.

These days local use flags go to metadata.xml and local.use.desc is updated automagically.
