If 'confirm logout' in system settings/session manager is NOT checked then the logout button will cause the computer to shut down, regardless of what is checked under the 'default shutdown option'

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to log out without having to confirm

Actual Results:  
Computer shuts down

Expected Results:  
Logged out
