When trying to upgrade totem-pl-parser to 2.26.1 portage fails during configuration. The error it gives is that you need to have gtk-doc >= 1.11. I don't see a package for anything greater than 1.10-r2. Also don't see 1.11 listed in packages.mask. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge -aDuN world Actual Results: emerge dies during configure stage. Expected Results: totem-pl-parser should be upgraded to 2.26.1.

I've temporarily removed the doc USE flag, until gtk-doc-1.11 can make it from the overlay into the tree.
