Should just be a simple rename of the latest ebuild.

There are however some additional files in the directories 'example_rcfiles' and 'extra-scripts' that could perhaps go into /usr/share/latexmk ?

i think they're more docs than anything else so i've made them installed in /usr/share/doc/$PF
