Description Friedrich Oslage (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-04-13 21:36:27 UTC
Upstream's default is "lib" as libdir. The ebuild contains a patch to change it to "lib64" which is fine so far. But for profiles where the default libdir is "lib32" it breaks because src_remove_extra_files() then removes stuff it isn't supposed to remove...

This breaks stage building for the profile default/linux/sparc/experimental/multilib so, please apply the attached patch :)

Applied to perl-5.8.8-r5 and perl-5.8.8-r6 without a version bump.
