libvorbisidec provides decoder for integer-only implementation of vorbis format. It's mainly used in embedded devices which quite often don't have floating point unit.

ebuild is based on svn snapshot of http://svn.xiph.org/trunk/Tremor revision 5000 (newer revisions don't work correctly with gst-plugins-ivorbis which will follow).
