Description:   Opened: 2003-08-07 14:18 0000 
/etc/profile.d/tcsh-settings sets COLORTERM=1, breaking a lot of
programs if the terminal they're running on in fact does not have
color capabilities (for example, when logging in remotely from
a solaris xterm).
