app-office/homebank-4.0.1 compiles and installs straightforwardly on ppc.

All I had to do was set ~* for app-office/homebank on package.keywords and update dev-util/intltool as per Bug 252975.

As a side note, Fedora has had rpms for Homebank on ppc for a while, so it should be safe to assume that ppc is supported upstream:
