matplotlib fails installation when building docs, complaining about titlesec.sty which resides in dev-texlive/texlive-latexextra-2007 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install matplotlib with doc flag
2. installation fails when building documentation complainig about missing file 'titlesec.sty'

Actual Results:  
installation fails

Expected Results:  
matplotlib installs fine

titlesec.sty can be found in dev-texlive/texlive-latexextra-2007, after installation of this package matplotlib installs fine

Should be fixed now in portage tree.
