When the server's config specifies more than 2 domains via dhcp-option DOMAIN.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. setup an openvpn server with more than 2 dhcp-option DOMAIN statements
2. connect a client
3. check the client's resvolver configuration

Actual Results:  
Only the first and last of the specified domains make it into resolvconf resp. /etc/resolv.conf

Expected Results:  
All of them should.
