libsrtp implements Secure RTP.
It is needed by net-libs/ortp-0.15.0 as an optional dependency.

In the voip overlay.

They are two things to know:
- the kernel-linux option has been disabled because it is pretty broken. Actually, this is quite useless as is has been done to use random functions from linux kernel.
- the library is only providing a static library. Patching it to add a shared library would be a waste of time.
