Compiling any version xen-tools will stop and drop back to the command line when it encounters a .config that is a folder and not a file. After investigation, parallels for linux installs a .config folder for itself in the root directory, xen-tools sees this and expects a .config file instead. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.compile xen-tools 2. 3. Actual Results: make -C tools install make[1]: Entering directory `/xen-3.3.1/tools' make[2]: Entering directory `/xen-3.3.1/tools' make -C check install make[3]: Entering directory `/xen-3.3.1/tools/check' make[3]: *** ../../.config: Is a directory. Please post your `emerge --info' too.
I don't really understand this bug. What gets installed where, and why is that bad?

(In reply to comment #4) Obviously, the problem comes from the presence of the folder /.config that the following line tries to include: $(XEN_ROOT)/Config.mk: -include $(XEN_ROOT)/.config Removing the folder /.config of the system fixs this problem...
