Bugzilla Bug 254642

After emerging dev-texlive/texlive-pstricks-2007 I tried to run LaTeX on a file
including pst-plot. LaTeX then missed the file multido.tex which is provided by 
dev-texlive/texlive-genericrecommended

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Only happens on a System without dev-texlive/texlive-genericrecommended
emerged
2. Take a LaTeX file including \usepackage{pstricks, pst-node, pst-plot}
(pst-plot alone is probably enough)
3. latex foo.tex

Actual Results:  
I get the following error (extracted)

Expected Results:  
LaTeX should have found multido.tex

multido.tex ist provided by dev-texlive/texlive-genericrecommended, I think
that package should be added as a dependency for dev-texlive/texlive-pstricks
