Been going strong with rsyslog-3.20.2 for a month on x86.  Any chance this can get stabilized?

Please test and mark stable as per request.
Dependencies which have to go stable as well: dev-libs/librelp

@hppa: Is there a reason why you only keyworded the beta release of rsyslog?

That is the version I tested. I do not have the (CPU) time to keyword/stabilise the "earlier" version so HPPA will skip this one.

amd64/x86 stable, all arches done.
