Bug 253117 – dev-lang/R-2.8.1 version bump

R-2.8.1 was released 22/12/2008 (see https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/r-announce/2008/000492.html ).

Version bump is straight forward, although the 'files/R-2.8.*-without-X.patch' is no longer required since this has been corrected...

# grep 'int X11' /var/tmp/portage/dev-lang/R-2.8.1/work/R-2.8.1/src/main/platform.c
    int X11 = NA_LOGICAL;
    int X11 = FALSE;



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Copy ebuild to local overlay and digest
2. emerge -u dev-lang/R
3.

Actual Results:  
Emerges fine

Expected Results:  
Emerges fine, runs fine

New version of app-emacs/ess-5.3.10 out too, but separate bug filed at http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=253116

portage.
