It would be a nice idea to make it use the system ltdl, so that collisions won't happen, since it exports it too.

Good idea. Thanks for pointing it out.

The following patches drop the internal libltdl in favour of the system one.

Besides it fixes a missing dependency for =dev-libs/libusb.
