The ebuild is trivial, inherits from 
aspell-dict.eclass.

this one has to wait until gnu.org gets all its file integrity checks
completed, unfortunately :/  Kevin, if you have a dictionary tarball for this,
can you make it available for me so that I can just throw it onto the gentoo
mirrors?
