Description:   Opened: 2008-12-02 02:02 0000
Would be nice to have USE flags for those three additions in monodevelop. Also
a flag for the dev-util/mono-debugger would be nice.

It's all sensibly connected so there seems to be no need to make our worlds
bigger ;]

Reproducible: Always

I assume you request that USE flags are introduced to automatically pull in
those other three dev-util/monodevelop-* packages (for those people who cannot
think of emerging them separately and as needed ;-)...

Pretty much, yes ;]

Actually a "basic" flag would be nice. Those are all components for monodevelop
so it seems perfectly logical to me (if it seems idiotic to you, tell me...)
that in gentoo they should have USE flags.

This way someone emerging monodevelop can see "oh, I can have VB an Java
support, so let's enable those flags and check it out" instead of searching to
find out if maybe there are some extra modules for monodevelop.

It would be improper to depend on something just for the purposes of easing
installation. I've instead added a postinstall message that describes the
plugins and their functionality.
