I'm requesting stabilization of net-misc/ntp-4.2.4_p5.  In the tree more than 30 days.  Been using it everywhere w/o a problem.  No new bugs specific to this version.  Fixes some pretty ugly stuff (see bug #237893).  Uses proper distribution ntp servers ({0,1,2,3}.gentoo.pool.ntp.org).

base-system@, if you agree -- please add ARCHes.  Thanks!
