(vm-reply-include-text) works in 8.0.9.544.

One consequence of the error is that the email text does not get quoted.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Receive an email from someone

2. Reply to the email with (vm-reply-include-text) or SHIFT-R

3. Observe the error in action.
Actual Results:  
The error "void-function vm-decode-postponed-mime-message" is thrown, and the
email text does not get quoted.

Expected Results:  
No error should be thrown, and the email text should be quoted.
